If glamping is your style, this might be the property for you. Front half of the property has been partially cleared with driveways and cinder brought in. The back half of the property remains a pristine forest with no development. There is a small cabin (144 sq ft, built without a permit) and a 1999 Airstream Bambi 19 (to be included in the sale) which is sheltered under a large tarp structure. A Deck connects the Airstream trailer to the cabin. Another carport provides shelter for your vehicle and privacy from the street. The cabin has a bathroom with composting toilet, bar sink, and shower/tub, and also a sleeping area with full sized bed and a nice sized closet area. The Airstream has a kitchen area, dining area and another sleeping area with a full sized bed. The former bathroom area in the trailer is currently used for additional storage. Between the trailer and the cabin is an outdoor area for washing dishes, hot water provided by the on demand gas water heater.
