This is such a nice little cottage in sunny Kalapana Seaview Estates. The house sits up high and offers lots of space underneath for a laundry, storage, bedroom and even a simple bathroom. 8 miles. Five miles away is Uncle Robert's Awa Bar and Kaimu Store, where there is a farmer's market and free music every Wednesday and Saturday when not restricted by the pandemic. Pahoa is just 20 minutes away and has grocery stores, restuarants, hardware, auto parts and a big new shopping center. For the big box stores you can go on to Hilo in about an hour. A great little place to live and enjoy life!
